Here's the scoop:

• Due to Russ-Stick Acres being a small, privately owned farm and kennel, we need to offset the cost of grooming and maintaining trails for sled dog use. 
• Serpentine trails through our 40-acre private property with dips and turns, through the forest and fields. Miles of trail options.
• Excellent opportunity for Gee/Haw training.  Passing.
• $10 per visit ~ per person. 
• Please insert  $10 cash in Trail Fee Mailbox (honor system) on post near horse area (old kennel building).
• Please park only in designated parking area (circle drive by gas well).
• If weather is inclimate and driveway appears to be filling with snow, please park on Simpson Rd. at head of driveway for easy exit.
• Trails are available from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, if we do not have a tour in progress.   (Closed on Sunday)
• You MUST email ahead for specific day's availability.  8-hour notice required.  No phone calls please, as we have limited coverage on our rustic phone service. 
• Confirmation will be provided by return email.
• You must pick up after yourselves and your dogs. 
• Your dogs must be UTD (Up to date) on all required vaccinations.
• Dogs are to be kept under control at all times.  We have free-ranging animals and curious horses.  NO LOOSE DOGS under any circumstances.
• Upon first visit, you must sign a season waiver, holding Russ-Stick Acres/Last Chance Kennel harmless for any personal or property damages incurred on our property.
• You will be on your own at all times so plan accordingly.  Neither Russ or Sherry will be available to assist with hook ups/holding dogs/or any trail assistance whatsoever.
• Rustic outhouse available only at Bear's Den on trail.
